Onboarding
Q1: Why is completing onboarding within 48 hours so important?
A: Completing onboarding within 48 hours is critical to keeping your launch on schedule. Our marketing team follows a detailed build-out process that requires dedicated time and planning. Delays in onboarding prevent us from starting the setup and may impact the performance and timeline of your campaign.
Q2: What happens if I don't complete the onboarding within 48 hours?
A: If onboarding is not completed within the 48-hour window, your account launch will be delayed. For every day past the deadline, the launch will be pushed back by an additional day. This ensures our team has the proper time to complete your build-out without compromising quality.
Q3: What is included in the onboarding process?
A: Onboarding typically includes submitting key business information, access to your social media or ad accounts (if applicable), approving creative direction, and filling out intake forms. These tasks give us the foundation to tailor your campaign and start building your ad assets.
Q4: When does the 48-hour clock start?
A: The 48-hour period begins immediately after you sign up and receive your onboarding instructions. You'll receive a confirmation email with clear steps and deadlines to help you stay on track.
Q5: I'm having trouble completing onboarding -- what should I do?
A: If you anticipate a delay or need help with any part of onboarding, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We're here to assist you, but proactive communication is essential to keep your timeline intact.
Q6: Can my campaign still launch on time if I'm a day or two late?
A: In most cases, unfortunately no. Even a short delay in onboarding can impact your entire launch timeline. Our team works on a set schedule to ensure quality delivery for all clients. Late onboarding means your build-out will be rescheduled accordingly.
Q7: Will a delayed launch affect my budget?
A: Yes, it can. If your campaign launch is delayed due to late onboarding, your daily ad budget may need to increase in order to meet your original monthly goals. For example, if your campaign is scheduled to run for 30 days but launches 5 days late, the daily budget may need to be adjusted to spread the monthly spend over fewer days. This ensures we can still generate results within the intended timeframe.
Q8: What if something comes up and I need to delay my launch by 2+ weeks?
A: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to delay your campaign launch by more than two weeks, please notify us as soon as possible.
However, please note that extended delays disrupt our scheduling, resource allocation, and campaign workflow. Because of this, a rescheduling and reactivation fee may apply to hold your spot and restart the campaign build-out at a later date.
Our team reserves time and resources in advance for each client’s launch, so long delays may require us to reallocate your campaign window and rework parts of your setup when you're ready to proceed.
If you're considering a delay, reach out to your account manager so we can review your options and provide clear next steps.
