Term Length
There are no contracts with our lead generation services. All of our term lengths are month to month. |

Cancellation Notice
If you are looking to quit our service, please email our billing department 15 days prior to your renewal date. If we do not receive a notice to quit within 15 days of your next billing cycle date, you will be charged a cancellation feee of $1250. |
Customer Support
Our customer support department is available M-F 9am est. - 5pm est. We do not offer phone support, unless you are at least a Pro Member. Once signed up with us, your designated account manager will reach out to you for an introduction within 24 hours. |

If you are having any technical difficulties with our software/app, please email [email protected] for immediate assistance. One of our technical support advisors will reach out to you within 24 hours for assistance. You can also visit our Classroom to see if your question might be already answered. |
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds of any kind. You are paying for exclusive marketing services with a month-to-month term length and no contract. Tree Service Lead Machine, Inc is not a Lead Generation company, but an exclusive Digital Marketing Agency that is here to build and provide you with exclusive branded social media advertising services. |

Referral Program
If you would like to refer someone to use our services, please get in contact with your account manager and he/she can send you our referral link. Per every referral that signs up for our services, you will receive a $500 one-time credit on your account. If you would like to become a qualified reference for our company, please let us know and we will place your contact info on our references list. |
Branded Content Policy
If you sign up for any of our marketing services that allow company branded content, our agency will only be able to use pictures that are high resolution, clear and precise. Our design team will review the content and approve any pictures that we are able to use for your campaign. If we are unable to use your pictures, you will be subject to our content with your approval before launch. |
