I'm Receiving Leads Outside of My Service Area. What should I do?
If your account has just gone live or is within the first 7 days, there's no cause for concern. This initial period is our optimization and split-testing phase, where our team actively refines your campaigns to improve performance.
If you have questions about a specific lead, please note the lead details and associated zip code, then send them to your account manager via email. Our team will review the information and follow up with an update.

This can happen! The lead has already given consent to receive a reach out before the initial auto-text goes out. Some people prefer to speak on the phone rather than communicate via text.
We recommend taking their contact information and reaching out from your company line. Make sure to mention that you received their request for a free estimate from the Facebook Ad that they clicked on.

Don't be alarmed! Most banks have high security when it comes to Facebook Ads and META Ads. If the pending transactions are from Facebook or META and in the amount of $1.00 - $150.00, make sure to approve the transactions.
