Getting leads from outside of your territory
If you are getting leads from outside of your targeted territory, don't be alarmed! This simply means that there is a targeting issue. Our team can fix this pretty fast. Please email your account manager or you can reach us by using our chat support bubble to the bottom right hand side of this screen.

How can you contact someone for help?
To keep your customer experience as best as possible, we offer chat support with one of our live agents during business hours; Monday through Friday, from 9am est - 5pm est. You can also email your account manager and he/she will reply with a solution within 24 hours. If it is a technical issue, he/she can send you an instructional recorded video if needed.
